EBS-Econotel Business Systems Inc. provides ThunderMist Healthcare Center with ShoreTel VoIP Solution
East Providence, RI...October 20, 2010...EBS-Econotel Business Systems Inc, a reseller of Shoretel VoIP Telecommunication Solutions, recently provided Thundermist Healthcare with a VoIP Solution that unified communications with a single interface that manages all five of their sites.

Thundermist had a mixture of Mitel and NEC systems and were having problems with both site-to-site communications as well as keeping the NEC up and running. “In this business having a reliable yet simple phone system is crucial and a down system could be a matter of life or death to us and our clients” emphasized Mr. Jones.
Bill Hurley of EBS Econotel Business Systems, Inc. worked hand-in-hand with Mr. Jones and his staff to build a simple solution that would keep his system working with his existing applications as the network is upgraded. “Thundermist needed one interface to manage their several sites and needed a simple hardware/software application to manage going forward” remarked Bill Hurley, Sales Manager at EBS- Econotel Business Systems. “They had already looked at NEC’s upgrade and knew it wasn’t going to provide them with a single interface for all sites, ease of management, simple yet feature rich keysets for end users, simple disaster recovery design, complete manageability and environmentally friendly communication”.
